Not having much experience.

In my country, I will see the dentist referred by my family and friends. Try some small service such as teeth wash, and then see.

Here in US I think it depends on your insurance coverage, but the choosing principles still counts.

Going to the dentist never made me nervous while I was growing up and visiting the same dentist twice a year, but after I moved away from my home town, I've found going to the dentist to be a nerve-racking experience. It's something about strangers messing around with what seems to me like an extremely sensitive part of my body. Do you guys have any advice on how to find the right dentist, to make this experience easier?
