I have been an avid bodybuilder and powerlifter ever since I was 15. I am now 40, and I could stand to lose 10 pounds or so, but by and large I have been able to maintain a lean, healthy body all these years. So, when I was browsing around yesterday and stumbled across
http://www.slenderlean.com/ironbound I began to have some thoughts. I admit to using supplements from time to time, but I have never believed in a "magic pill". I have always felt that excercise and good diet were the best ways to ensure long term health and fitness. Now before you guys get your tata's in a wringer, I took the time to at least look at the above site before forming any conclusions. Then, I decided to write the company that makes it, Life Plus I think it was. but THEN I thought, wait a minute, what if I am all wet? What if I am really out of touch here? Maybe something like this Slenderlean has some appeal. So, before I wrote Life Plus and gave them my two cents worth, I thought I would get some feedback from a random sample of intelligent folks. Is there anyone here that would actually invest 55.00 in a product that purports to raise the basic metabolic rate WITHOUT Ephedra! Causes the body to burn fat stores, while preserving precious lean tissue mass stores; reduces cravings and raises energy levels?? or, do most of you feel that such products are a waste of money (even with a money back guarantee). COmments??
