As anyone SHOULD tell you, the best diet is to reduce your caloric intake (not by a lot) and increase your exercise routine. You need to burn 3,500 extra calories to lose weight - so if you cut 500 calories every day, you'll lose a pound a week (a healthy rate). For instance, cutting 300 calories out of your diet and exercising to burn 200 calories a day will eliminate a pound every week. The results are slow to come, but well worth it. Good luck!
