<div id="tmessagedisplay">Hi,
there are two types of professional teeth bleaching procedures: take-home whitening that involves a kit provided by your dentist and an in-office bleeching (aka Zoom) that takes minimum 3 hours to do and gives you immediate results.
For take-home bleeching kit, your dentist would have to take impressions of your teeth (about 20 min) and send it to the lab to make a tray (takes about 1 week); during your next visit, you will pick up the tray, a bleeching gel and instructions. You would have to use in the gel for 1-2 weeks (although one week is usually enough to strat seeing the results).

Zoom bleaching is done in the office and takes 3 hours.

With both methods your teeth will get 3-4 shades whiter after the treatment is completed.

Hi,
There are two options open to you for teeth whitening,
  1. Find a dentist and get the procedure done by him.
  2. Alternately, you can get your teeth whitened at home using a consumer kit or consumer products.

There's a lot of procedures for whitening teeth. I used normal old whitening strips that I purchased from my local supermarket a couple of years ago, and my teeth are still really white. Dentists also offer professional treatments. If that's what you want, you should call your dentist and talk to him. It's likely he does whitening treatments or, if he doesn't, that he can recommend someone who does.
