I recently began drinking green tea again. Now my face is broken out and I have a rash on one leg and arm. Could this be an alergic reaction?

to the best of my knowledge, green tea does not have any skin-related side effects short of a severe allergic reaction (which is obviously quite rare). there doesn't seem to be much evidence supporting the idea that it can cause acne or other dermatological problems.

Green tea can be flavored in a variety of ways that are healthy and appeal to different tastes. I for example, like to add orange juice to my tea, which also adds significant amounts of Vitamin C. Also orange juice has been shown to have its own cancer-fighting properties.

Green tea is such a magic elixir! The benefits are endless...advantages for your heart, bones and now your weight loss program! My problem is I don't like the taste. Does anyone have any suggestions as how to make it more bearable? Or obtain the nutritional value in another form?
