Sometimes the very back of my teeth hurt (way, way back in the back of my mouth). Is this a dental issue or is it caused by something else? It's sometimes coupled with a headache, so it might be a migraine thing. Of course, it's also possible the dental problem causes my headaches.

Any ideas? Does anyone else have a similar issue?
